The strong passion that drives Davide Laiolo, the young owner of the estate, is inherited from his grandfather Gino. From an early age, in fact, Davide followed in his footsteps, helping him with the work in the cellar and in the family vineyard. After his passing, the boy understands that his life will be in contact with the land. At the end of his studies, he completed the sommelier course and, with the help of an agronomist, undertook the work of the countryside, pandering to the rhythms of nature and focusing production on native vines, vinification exclusively in purity and natural fertilization for healthy grapes.
Nel 2019, la lista vinicola del Bricco s. Giorgio si espande con il Nizza DOCG, un vino in grado di competere con i grandi Barbera piemontesi e già presente nella wine list di ristoranti stellati ed importanti enoteche. La vinificazione si svolge nella moderna cantina sita a Vinchio, dove alle vasche d’acciaio si affianca una selezione di pregiati legni per l’invecchiamento.
